ORDER

Seeking to transfer the investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the records.

3. Though the case is pending from 2011 onwards and inspite of the fact that though the petitioner has given the vehicle number, no substantial progress has been made. Hence, this court is inclined to transfer the investigation from the file of the second respondent to any other officer to be nominated by the first respondent. The said exercise will have to done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
