ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent Police to file a final report with regard to the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2023, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.2001 of 2023 by the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai.

3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised.
