ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 123 of BNS and Sections 6(b) and 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003, in Crime No.123 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that petitioner was granted station bail and the relevant document was also placed before this Court.
