executed in favour of the respondent no.4 in Document No.1906/2019 dated 13.05.2019 on the file of the respondent no.3 and to make necessary mutation in the encumbrance certificates.

ORDER
Challenging the order passed by the first respondent in a matter pertaining to Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, this Writ Petition is filed.
2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, on the request of either parties, the matter was referred before the Mediation and it is reported back to this Court that the Mediation was conducted on 02.01.2025 and 10.01.2025 and the rival parties have come to a amicable solution, after appropriate dialogue and a joint compromise memo has also been arrived at between the parties settling their scores with each other . 4.Recording the said compromise memo and compromise arrived at between the parties, this Writ Petition is closed. The compromise memo will form a part and parcel of this order. Liberty is given to the petitioner, if the 2/4
respondents violate the terms of compromise, arrived at before the Mediation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
