Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Pudukkottai, to accept the surrender of the petitioner in connection with Crime No.373 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police on the same day of filing and to consider the Anticipatory Bail/ Bail petition filed by the petitioner on the same day of filing in accordance with law. 2.The petitioner is the accused persons in Crime No.373 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 294(b), 324, 341 and 506(ii) of IPC and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) & 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 3.Mr.M.
