O R D E R
The petitioner asserts that the property in T.S.No.39 of an extent of 12,000 sq.ft. originally belonged to her husband, Basheer Ahamed Sahib, who executed a settlement deed in the petitioner's favour in the year 2010. According to the petitioner, on obtaining the Town Survey Land Register, she noticed that the owner of the property is shown as the Commissioner. After submitting a representation seeking rectification, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.J.Sriprasad, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the second respondent is the 2/4
appropriate authority to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation.
3. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and to the Commissioner. No costs.
