This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor/3rd respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order dated 03.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.4724 of 2021.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully 1/3

perused the materials available on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 03.04.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.4724 of 2021, has been complied with by proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Sivagangai District, in Na.Ka.No.5990/A5/2024 dated Nil. 05.2025 signed on 23.05.2025.
