(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Though this Court had directed the authorities to provide suitable infrastructure such as playground for the subject school, the authorities are pleading that due to want of land availability, they are unable to comply with this Court's direction. It is well settled that every breach of a Court order will not constitute contempt. The breach has to be wilful and deliberate.
