The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the TANGEDCO directing the petitioner to change the alignment of the electricity line, in view of the objection raised by a third party.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TANGEDCO submits that the petitioner himself has paid the amount and the electricity 2/4
line has already been altered. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
