2.The petitioner is a supplier of food articles to the second respondent. The petitioner seeks revision of rates on the basis of G.O.(D)No.914, Health and Family Welfare Department dated 04.08.2009.

3.The petition mentioned representation shall be considered and disposed of by the second respondent by applying the relevant guidelines and government order. I consciously refrain from going into the merits of the matter. Final order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed by the second respondent within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
