ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of petition in E.P.No.71 of 2023 in O.S.No.61 of 2017 pending learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.61 of 2017 for recovery of money; that the final decree came to be passed on 26.10.2022 and that they have filed an execution petition in E.P.No.71 of 2023 and the same is pending.

3. It is seen from the records that the execution petition is pending for filing counter.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that final decree was passed on 26.10.2022, the Executing Court is directed to proceed with the enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
