This petition has filed by the petitioners to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioners representation dated 26.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, they called the petitioners for enquiry and thereafter, the enquiry was closed since the dispute is between two family members. They have not harassed the petitioners as alleged in the petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioners is not to harass the petitioners and already the third respondent has also denied the alleged harassment and conducted an enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent Page No. 2 of 4
