ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and direct to him not to interfere in civil dispute, based on his representation dated 25.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the respondents no.4 and 5, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner. However, the main complaint itself was closed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and the 3rd respondent has also denied the alleged harassment, and they called the petitioner for enquiry based on the complaint given by the respondents no.4 and 5, the main petition itself was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same, this 2/4

criminal original petition is closed.
