ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the respondents no.1 to 4 not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false compliant given by 5th respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 4 would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioners and the respondents no.5 and 6 in respect of tenancy dispute and the enquiry is pending. For enquiry purpose, they called the petitioners and the 4th respondent has not harassed the petitioners as alleged by them and they will complete the enquiry within one week.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the respondents no.5 and 6 inclined to pass orders,.

4. According to the petitioners, the respondents no.1 to 4 harassed the 2/4

petitioners, but the respondents no.1 to 4 denied the allegations and based on the complaint given by the 5th respondent, they called the petitioners for enquiry. Therefore, recording the above said submissions of the 4th respondent, this criminal original petition is closed. 26.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes To
