ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.322 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 19.12.2022, due to previous enmity, the accused assaulted the defacto complainant's husband with wooden log. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any such offence, as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, prays to release him on anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that due to previous enmity between the petitioner and the defacto complainant's husband, the occurrence took place. In this case, injured is still taking treatment in the hospital. Hence, prayed to dismiss the petition.
5.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 6.Considering the fact that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital and the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, for the present.
7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
