ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of conducting enquiry in a matrimonial dispute based on the frivolous complaint lodged by the third respondent dated 16.06.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by the third respondent and the said enquiry has now been closed. Hence, the petitioner would not be called for enquiry anymore.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
