Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take appropriate actions and dispose of the petitioner's complaint/ representation dated 26.08.2025 in accordance with law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on her complaint dated 26.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
