ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.281/2023 on the file of 1st Respondent Police, dated 20.09.2023 and quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report was filed in this case before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and taken cognizance in C.C.No.524 of 2023.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved over the contents of the final report.
