ORDER

The petitioner is the accused No.4 in C.C.No.10 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases at Madurai. He was charged for the offence under Sections 420, 468 r/w. 471 of IPC and Section 120-B IPC r/w. 420, 468 r/w. 471 IPC and Section 13(2) r/w. 13(1)(D) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2. The petitioner, with a grievance that he has not committed any offence, has filed this petition to quash the proceedings pending against him in C.C.No.10 of 2023.

3. The grounds raised by the petitioner are not sufficient to quash the proceedings pending against him and that can be appreciated only during the trial. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all these grounds before the trial Court.
