Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from registering the rectification deed to rectify the release deed dated 23.12.2022, document No.4169/2022.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction forbearing the respondents 1 & 2 from registering the rectification deed to rectify the release deed, dated 23.12.2022, document No.4169/2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the objections raised by the petitioner for the registration of rectification deed presented by the third respondent, an enquiry was conducted and overruled the objections raised by the petitioner. Subsequently, the rectification deed was registered and the same was released in favour of the third respondent.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Internet : Yes Index : Yes/No 03.12.2024 Speaking/Non Speaking order am 2/4
