ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the officials respondents.

2. The petitioner has raised what is essentially a private dispute between him on the one hand and the private respondents on the other who are none other than his daughter and daughter-in-law. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief. In fact, the registering authority has indicated precisely the same. Interference with the impugned proceedings is not warranted in writ jurisdiction.

3. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
