This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16012 of 2024, dated 24.09.2024. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and ten days is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
