This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 79 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the order made in E.C.No.46 of 2024, dated 23.4.2025, on the file of the Employees Compensation Commissioner Court of Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection in allowing this Petition. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
