ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 9(B)(1)(a) of the Explosives Act, 1884, in Crime No.336 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 23.12.2022, based on the secret information, the respondent Police has conducted search in the petitioner's house and found that he had manufactured fireworks, without any valid permit. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent and not committed any offence, as alleged by the prosecution. CRL OP(MD). No.23280 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having 11 previous cases to his credit and prayed to dismiss the petition.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 6.Considering the nature of the case and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
