ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal Sub Court, Karur to dispose of the O.S.No.489 of 2023, within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 16 and 17 would submit that in an application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC by the private respondents, arguments have been heard and orders have been reserved on 14.08.2025 and it is also brought to the knowledge that the learned Judge has reopened the application for further enquiry.

4. In such view of the matter, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur, is directed to dispose of the petition filed by the respondents under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
