O R D E R
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.197 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is an habitual offender, against whom, there are two previous cases pending.
3.Taking into consideration the habituality of the petitioner to committing crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
