Though the petitioners have filed this petition to struck off the plaint, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice if a direction is given to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law by filing a petition under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view of the limited relief now sought for by the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law by filing a petition under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
