2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu who is a minor girl child aged about 17 years. Pursuant to the notice issued in the HCP, the detenu has been secured and produced before this Court. We had an interaction with her. She categorically states that she would go with her parents / mother. We suitably counselled the petitioner.

3. Recording these developments, this Habeas Corpus petition is disposed of.
