ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.203 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent to any other Deputy Superintendent of Police within the jurisdiction of Dindigul District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the concerned Court on 12.12.2023. Hence, there is no question of transfer of investigation.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that during the pendency of the investigation process, there was life threat to the petitioner to withdraw the complaint.

4. Now, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by way of filing of final report.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
