To set aside the order in Crl.Rev.No.11 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram and consequently direct the releases the petitioner vehicle to him Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAUDEEN.S.A.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5232 of 2023 which was dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 21.06.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 12.02.2024. On such payment, Registry is directed to restore the Criminal Original Petition on file.
