Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The detenu is with none other than his own mother. This by no stretch of imagination can be called as illegal detention. The petitioner has to workout his rights by filing GWOP.
