The petitioner herein is arrayed as Accused No.3, in P.R.C.No.19 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil. He filed this petition under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the above said P.R.C.No.19 of 2012 as illegal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions would submit that the said PRC.No.19 of 2012 pertaining to this petition has been committed to the Court of Sessions and thereafter assigned with the case number as S.C.No.32 of 2013. As of now, the same is pending before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagercoil.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
