Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2025 lodged before the 2nd respondent herein and same was acknowledged in CSR No.792/2025 dated 07.08.2025 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2025, which was registered in CSR No.792/2025 dated 07.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending in CSR No.792 of 2025 to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
