O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry except in accordance with due process of law.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein over business transaction issue, stating that the petitioner has not repaid the amount involved in purchasing paddy, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared and gave an undertaking that the amount will be settled in two installments. On the basis of the above said undertaking, the said complaint was closed on 18.07.2023. Further, no complaint is pending as on date, against the petitioner.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that no complaint is pending as on date against the petitioner, this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
