2 W.P.(MD)NO.29256 OF 2022 Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned notification dated NIL passed by the second respondent herein and declared as unlawful election in respect of Anjukkottai Water Channel Users Association, Muppaiyur, Devakkottai Taluk, Sivagangai District and to direct the respondents herein to notify fresh election process in the manner known to law by filtering the final voter list in Form IX issued by the second respondent by eliminating the death person and ineligible persons from the said voters list enabling to conduct fair election on the head of the first respondent by issuing election nomination to the interested members by considering the petitioner's representation in person dated 02.12.2022.
