This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner's husband namely Thangapandian son of Jeyakodi, in the name of enquiry or investigation and act in accordance with law in view of the representation dated 14.11.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that no proposal is made to invoke Act 14 against the petitioner's husband. Only on misapprehension, this petition has been filed by the petitioner.
