ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The records indicates that the order of the learned Single Judge dated 07.11.2023 has been confirmed in the writ appeal and being aggrieved by the judgment, the present review application is filed by the Tamil Nadu Water Supply Board and the there is a delay of 173 days in re-presenting the review application.

3.Taking note of the subsequent developments, we see no reason to entertain the this miscellaneous application for condoning the delay of 173 days in re-presenting the review application, since the review application has itself become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the review application is rejected at SR stage itself.
