ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to re-employ the petitioner and to continue in service till the end of the academic year.

2. According to the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the petitioner's request for re-employment has been rejected by an order dated 22.12.2022, on the ground that there are surplus teachers in the said institution.
