ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,Virudhunagar in Cr.MP.No.3237 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024.
2. There cannot be any direction as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any disobedience of the order passed by the learned Magistrate, it is open to him to approach the learned Magistrate concerned. This petition is wholly misconceived and abuse of process of law.
3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
