The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused in C.C.No.377 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said C.C.No.377 of 2013 as illegal.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondent are present and represented that on 23.02.2015 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.
