This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing S.T.C.No.171 of 2012 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II [Magisterial Level], Madurai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the case has since been dismissed for non-prosecution. the first respondent/complainant. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the proceedings, if the said complaint is restored to file.
