Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.DIVAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 27.09.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12283 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioners vide order dated 27.09.2023 in Crl.O.P (MD).No.12283 of 2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 27.09.2023, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
