Madurai Taluk at Madurai.
ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s P. Jessi Jeeva Priya Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S.A.Ajmal Khan Respondents 8 to 11 and of Mr. K. Sulthan Allowdhin for R1 this Court made the following order:
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking set aside the order of dismissal passed n S.A.(MD)No. 211 of 2006, dated 13/09/2024 and to restore the same to file.
Learned Counsel for the respondents 8 to 11 would submit that he is ready to argue the main appeal.
So, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- payable to the respondents 8 to 11.
Cost is also paid today itself by the appellants. So, the Registry is directed to restore the main appeal to its file.
