ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent. Though notice has been served on the second respondent School, none appeared on its behalf.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the first respondent has got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 79 days, however, on payment of costs.
