Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the I Additional District Judge (PCR), Trichy dated 18.01.2013 in Crl.R.C.No.59 of 2012 by modifying the the order dated 05.10.2012 in M.C.No.56 of 2010 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy.

ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli in M.C.No.56 of 2010, whereunder petitioner has been directed to deposit a sum of Rs.6,000/- per month towards maintenance, the petitioner has filed the Crl.R.C.No.59 of 2012, before the Court below which has modified the said order and directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.4,000/- per month towards maintenance and also further directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per annum towards medicine, clothing etc., Against the said order, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition.
