O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioners to transfer of the investigation from the third respondent to fourth respondent police (CBCID Wing) to further investigate the case in crime No.28 of 2010 dated 06.05.2010 and to file final report in accordance with law.

2.While entertaining this criminal original petition by this Court, decline to grant interim order. Hence, the Law Enforcing Agency conducted the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the competent Court.

3.In view of the above, the transfer of investigation filed by the petitioners has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
