ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Rank Not Known, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 427 and 380 of IPC in Crime No. 394 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, Pudukottai District and the same is not yet taken on file. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
