When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner confines the prayer for a direction for early disposal of OA.No.30 of 2023 pending before the 1st respondent / the Joint Commissioner.

2.Since the petitioner has confined the relief, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of OA.No.30 of 2023 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No cost. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
