ORDER

Even though the prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to unlock the temple premises and to carry on the regular daily poojas of the temple, viz., Arulmighu Panaiyudaiya Ayyanar Temple, Padirankottai South, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a representation to the second respondent had been made as early as on 03.04.2022 and the same has not been considered. Similarly, a representation given by the petitioner to the first respondent herein had been forwarded to the third respondent herein by communication dated 12.02.2024.

2. In view that the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration before the third respondent, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner as referred to by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 293116/2024/E3, dated 12.02.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
