ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of O.A.No.7 of 2023 filed under Section 63(b) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959 and to avoid unnecessary disputes / activities, which are happening in the temple premises by unauthorized persons in the affairs of the Arulmigu Kamatchi Amman Temple situated at Poosathurai, 2/4

Pudukkottai Taluk and District within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of O.A.No.7 of 2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if any of the party seeks for adjournment, disabling the 2nd respondent to conclude the proceedings within the said period, the same will not amount to violation of the order of this Court.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
